Tech Prescient is looking for a Lead Designer with 5–7 years of experience in brand and marketing design. The ideal candidate will define and evolve the company’s visual identity, lead design for marketing collaterals, digital campaigns, and web assets, and collaborate closely with marketing and product teams.
Brand Stewardship: Define, maintain, and evolve the company’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
Marketing Collateral Design: Lead the design of brochures, one-pagers, event collaterals, standees, digital ads, and social media creatives.
Website & Digital Assets: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to design web pages, landing pages, and blog layouts using Figma.
Event & Campaign Design: Create end-to-end design packages for marketing campaigns and industry events, ensuring a unified and impactful visual experience.
Technical & Thought Leadership Material: Design whitepapers, case studies, and presentations to enhance readability and professional appeal.
Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with content, marketing, and product teams to understand goals and translate them into visual concepts; mentor junior designers or external freelancers if engaged.
Process & Tools: Establish efficient workflows for design review, asset management, and versioning — primarily using Figma and complementary design tools.
Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in visual design, brand design, or marketing design, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology startup.
Tools: Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and other design collaboration tools.
Creative Strength: Proven ability to translate abstract or technical ideas into compelling visual narratives.
Attention to Detail: Eye for typography, layout balance, and modern design aesthetics.
Collaboration: Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills — ability to interact with marketing, product, and leadership teams.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work across various formats (digital and print).
Exposure to B2B SaaS or Cybersecurity / Identity domains.
Experience designing for events, digital marketing campaigns, and thought leadership content (whitepapers, reports).
Ability to guide brand voice through visual strategy — from concept to execution.
