Job Description
Project Lead / Project Manager role requiring 7-8 years of experience, working till 12ET (Eastern Time) with remote flexibility. The role involves defining project scope, managing cross-functional teams, overseeing risks, and ensuring timely delivery while coordinating closely with stakeholders in the US and UK.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues.
Maintain a RIDD (risk, issues, dependencies, decisions) log. Escalate any risks that impact project execution so they can be mitigated, and the project is kept on track.
Monitor and report project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure all project documentation, governance, and compliance requirements are met.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and communication between technical and business teams.
Manage vendor relationships and third-party deliverables (if applicable).
Drive process improvement and adoption of project management best practices.
Provide weekly dashboards to management, and summarized updates.
Ensure working hour overlap through 12-1pm ET, since most of the stake holders are in the US or UK, and this role requires a high amount of coordination between them.
