SailPoint Dev with 6 to 8 years of IT experience, specifically in Identity Management
Design, develop, and implement custom connectors and integrations with enterprise applications using SailPoint
Develop workflows, rules, provisioning policies, and role-based access controls
Perform configuration, testing, and deployment of SailPoint components
Troubleshoot and resolve integration and provisioning issues
Experience with one or more Identity Management solution suites, with a deep understanding of Identity Management and Governance use cases
Deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ Governance solutions to meet customer requirements through design, deployment, implementation, and integration
Follow approved lifecycle methodologies and create documentation for design and testing
Interact and coordinate with customers and assist the operations team as required
Coordinate with the product engineering team to resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation
Provide technical expertise and real-life experience in creating solutions, designs, proofs of concept, and implementations
Conduct research and use knowledge of competitive solutions to effectively address and dispel customer objections
Create custom JARs for disconnected applications to import data through CSV from servers
Perform root cause analysis of issues faced by clients on production instances, recreate the issues in the development environment, provide fixes, conduct unit testing, and migrate solutions to production
