Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Pre-Sales Consultant to join our sales team. The Consultant will be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team and prospective clients throughout the sales process. This role involves understanding customer needs, developing solutions, and effectively communicating the value of our services to the customer thereby building trust with the prospect and helping close opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Build offering documents and sales collaterals by working alongside the tech and sales team by gaining in-depth knowledge of our services and technologies.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to proactively suggest new-age solutions.

Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, the business goals and co-own building proposals for new opportunities.

As required, pitch in to deliver the proposal presentation to the customers.

Assist the sales team to respond to various queries from prospects.

Strong technical background with experience in software product development and engineering business.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, business-oriented value propositions.

Proven track record of supporting successful sales engagements.
