Customer Engagement & Opportunity Creation
Understand the Identity Confluence platform, its use cases, and business benefits.
Communicate product capabilities clearly to prospects and customers.
Identify opportunities where Identity Confluence can improve efficiency, governance, and security.
Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships.
Continuous follow-up until the prospect is converted as a customer.
Sales & Pipeline Development
Coordinate with internal pre-sales and technical teams for demos and PoCs.
Generate leads through outbound outreach, networking, references, and partnerships.
Manage the sales pipeline from initial discussion to closure.
Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-up discussions with prospects.
Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets for demos, PoCs and closures
Maintain opportunity updates in CRM.
Required Skills & Experience
4–5 years of experience in B2B sales and lead generation
Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to understand technology platforms and explain them in simple business language.
Ability to convert discussions into opportunities.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
Comfortable engaging with decision-makers and multiple stakeholders.
Willingness to learn enterprise software solutions quickly.
